Babble (Babel) Public Performance Event Hart House, University of Toronto February 10, 2014 Provoking Collaboration ARTIFACTS (Pam Patterson and Leena Raudvee) In Entertaining without a Maid, ARTIFACTS takes up the English upper-middle-classed language of etiquette. Hart House, as representative of a history of the “gentleman” and that which is “proper” and “English” in Upper Canada, frames this conversation well.
